-rhinoscopy thick grayish-yellow material and atorpy of surrounding conchae


- Serology (AB test)


TX of Aspergillosis rhinitis

- Topical administration of eniconazole or clorimazole through a trephine hole in the frontal sinuses/trephine hole


- No systemic TX is successfull

India ink of fresh nasal swabs

sedation with phenobarbital - dosen't cuase hypotension


epinephrine - 1 drop 3x over 24 hours
