Whole course must be completed to enable anti-biotics to work, or else the body will grow resistance to it, May reduce effectiveness of the oral contraceptive pill; use alternative or additional contraception. Report hypersensitivity. Observe good oral hygiene

Yes can be substituted, as long as any new contraindications etc are noted. They are both pain relievers. Don't use with NSAIDS

Advise to stop taking medication, and get a range of liver function and blood tests done. Possibility of a stomach ulcer.
