A person can act as the qualifiers for the license of a business as long as that person owns more than 20% of the business. They can serve as a qualifier for up to 3 licenses for 3 different forms in a given year. |

Have a surety bond of $12.5k. Additional amount may be needed if the qualifier owns less then 10%of the business. Renew every two years. |
