Mojito

Ingredients: 1 ½ Oz White Rum, 2 Mint Leaves, 1 Oz Lime Juice, ½ Oz Simple, Soda.


Prep: Put mint leaves in rocks glass, lightly muddle. Crush ice in shaker, pour in glass. Add all ingredients except soda, shake & pour. Garnish with Mint Sprig.



Variation: Add 1 Strawberry, Muddle, double strain.
