BI- physical harm to the body should be a requirement, can include mental anguish without physical harm PD- direct damage and time element (consequential loss), electronic data is NO tangible property |

Occurrence- means an accident, continuous or repeated exposure to the same general harmful conditions- fortuitous events, Coverage territory- occurrence must occur in CT and during policy, outlines where it can take place |
