Organizational Structure

Surface level diversity
differences such as age, sex, race and physical disabilities that are observable , typically unchangeable, and easy to measure
Deep-level diversity
differense such as personality and attitudes that are communicated throught verbal and non verbal behaviors and are learned only through extended interaction with others

1. pairing female execs with senior execs from whom they can seek advice and support
