Agnostic drug

increases responses of the neurotransmitter. It makes the neurotransmitter effect stronger.

Antagonist drug

inhibits or blocks the effects of a neurotransmitter.

what is so bad about lack of social contact

it can hurt the development of the brain in children. When you neglect a child it can cause them to suffer in the development of the brain and have lower IQ's.
