10mmHg or less OK. <20mmHG is what is needed for oxygen to get to tissue. 30-40mmHg : possible fasciotomy

Anterior or Posterior Shoulder dislocation is worse? |
Posterior is worse. Surface of shoulder is curved laterally more on the posterior portion. Making dislocation posteriorly more traumatic. When posterior dislocation, consider a seizure as a cause.
