These are if then statements/thoughts/beliefs. If I talk to people then they will know how lame I am. Most likely not aware of these. |

Interpersonal Strategies |
Underlying assumptions that focus specifically on things that influence others. "If you want good children you have to spank them." Normally aware of these beliefs. |
