Conditional Assumptions

These are if then statements/thoughts/beliefs. If I talk to people then they will know how lame I am. Most likely not aware of these.

Interpersonal Strategies

Underlying assumptions that focus specifically on things that influence others. "If you want good children you have to spank them." Normally aware of these beliefs.
