What is productivity?

Productivity is the relationship between inputs into the production process and the resultant outputs.

What is the method "Job" production?

Each product is produced from start to finish by the same person or group of people.


e.g a custom built car or hair cut.

A batch of products is completed in certain stages.

A type of management where employees have no say the boss is always right.

What is Paternalistic management?

The boss asks for employees opinion but ultimately doesn't listen.

Bosses allow some influence, authority is delegated.

Employees left to make all decisions this is because the boss is either to busy, to lazy or to unorganized.

Someone who buys the product.

How much money a business has after costs are taken out.

When the workload is spread out between employees.
