Colle's Fracture is when we fall on our wrist in a stretched or open = most common fracture of the forearm, complete transverse fracture within distal 2 cm of radius
Smith's fracture (or reverse colle's fracture) = caused when falling on our wrist flex or closed he distal fracture is displaced volarly (or toward the palm of the hand) |

Crapus or wrist fractures

Scaphoid fracture: Most common, due to fall on the wrist the scaphoid bone fractures.several months to heal.
Pisiform Fracture: uncommon,50 % of pisiform fractures occur with distal radius , hamate or triquetral fracture. Hamate fracture: occures in sport activities like racquets bats and clubs. |

Common in MVA: Anteroposterior Compression- fractures of Pubic Rami
Lateral Compression-Fracture of the Acetabula Avulsion Injury ( ligament tear away) tearing away of the ischial tuberosityit may accure where muscle are attached to :ASIS , AIIS, Ischial tuberosities and Ischiopubic Ramus |

Tibial fractures:

Osgood-Schlatter disease: disruption of the epiphyseal plate at the tibial tuberosity will cause inflamation and chronic pain of the tibialtuberosity
