The tiny branches of air tubes within the lungs which are the continuation of bronchi and connect to the alveoli (air sacs).

explain open circulitory system
The open circulatory system is common to molluscs and arthropods. Open circulatory systems (evolved in crustaceans, insects, mollusks and other invertebrates) pump blood into a hemocoel with the blood diffusing back to the circulatory system between cells. Blood is pumped by a heart into the body cavities, where tissues are surrounded by the blood.

10. Know the names of the major vessels of the heart and their function. Trace the flow of blood and note if the blood is highly oxygenated or has poorly oxygenated blood.
Four main blood vessels enter/exit the heart: two veins and two arteries. Oxygenated blood enters the left ventricle through the pulmonary vein. This same blood is then pumped out of the left atrium via the aorta. Meanwhile, de-oxygenated blood enters the heart in the vena cava; before leaving through the pulmonary artery.
