0.5 mg IV/IO every 3-5 min PRN (max 3 mg)
Organophosphate poisoning: 2-4 mg IV |

Atropine Pedi Dose |
0.02 mg/kg IV/IO (max single: child : 0.5 mg. Adolescent: 1 mg) (max total: child: 1 mg. Adolescent: 3 mg)
ET dose: 0.04- 0.06 mg/kg
RSI: 0.01-0.02 mg/kg IV/IO |
