0 = pale and blue 1 = acrocyanosis (pink body with blue extremities) 2 = pink all over |

0 = absent heart rate 1 = heart rate less than 100 2 = heart rate more than 100 |

What’s the scores for grimace (reflex irritability)? |
0 = no response 1 = grimace but no cry 2= active movement and cry |

What are the scores for activity (muscle tone)? |
0 = flaccid 1 = some flexion of arms and legs 2= full flexion of arms and legs |
