Oldest type, effective against depression, ADHD, migraines, insomnia & bulimia. Work by inhibiting certain neurotransmitters from re-entering nerve cells, causing increased

Extremely powerful, lethal drug & dietary


interactions (patch form=safer). Can be used for agoraphobia & social anxiety. If changing, wait two weeks.

Stay away from tyramine: smoked, pickled, cured and organ meats (liver etc), BAR (bananas, avocados, raisins)
