The DO will notify the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms through Operations Unit when these weapons are involved: Automatic Firearms Shotguns with barrels less than 18 inches Rifles with barrels less than 16 inches Altered shotgun or rifle with overall length of less than 26 inches Any weapon capable of firing a shot, if it can be concealed on the person (other than a regular handgun) Destructive device (or parts to make one) Pistols with shoulder stocks Silencer |
