A 13 digit number assigned by the DLA to identify an item in the supply distribution system.

COG
Cognizance |
A 2 character symbol that designates the stores account in which a type of material is carried and the responsible inventory control point.

Allowance Parts List |
A technical document prepared for individual equipment/components which are onboard.
It lists all the repair parts installed on the equipment/component to which it applies, as well as other pertinent data. |
