A fetal could be considered humans, because since the moment of fertilization the sperm has travelled by itself to reproduce, and how could it be possible for the sperm to travel if it does not have life on it?, something has to be in that sperm to travel, “human life begins at fertilisation. It is the fertilisation of a human egg by a human sperm that produces a member of the human species, the human family.” (Fleming & Hains) . The Universal Declaration of human rights is contradicting their self by not considering a fetal a human bing
The right of security for humans can be considered as physical and psychological security. The physical security could be considered when someone prevents another human from hurting their self, a clear example of this could be when someone is trying to commit suicide and the police, or another person stops this person from hurting itself, they protect the person’s life by helping them, this is considered as securing other peoples
