Total Quality Management is a revolutionary philosophy that can guide any organization to go above and beyond customers’ expectations. Different perspectives can define different Quality. Therefore, Quality is a standard dynamic performance that provides customer products, services, and processes that meet customers ' expectations. (Goetsch and Davis 2) The main idea of Total Quality is based on customer satisfaction and continual improvement. Thus, the attitude and institute of a company that endeavors to provide customers constant quality with products, services, people, processes, and environment that fulfills customers’ needs is one way to define Total Quality. An excellent organization started with a great strategic plan which contains vision, mission, and broad objective. With the Total Quality concept, an organization can develop a strategic plan to give it a “sustainable competitive advantage” in the global marketplace by creatively eliminating “sacred cows” (Goetsch and Davis 70). Most employees like to do their job in the old fashion way. Because a method operated well in a long time, it does not mean that it is the most efficient technique and the best system to complete the task. Total Quality is a different outlook to analyze the issues of teamwork during the process. A simple Total Quality principle states that managers and supervisors eventually have to become leaders. Leaders create a positive atmosphere and remove hostile environment. Team leaders direct employees to improve and relate their potential while working around their separate weaknesses. The accomplishment of the Total Quality approach is based on the triumph of teamwork with concern about individual satisfactions and group missions. Another idea is to conduct the internal partnering with each team. Therefore, unnecessary internal competitiveness will replace with cooperation. Internal partnering also delivers more permanent improvements in processes and operations, which is the major purpose of Total Quality philosophy and it is mutually beneficial for each internal and also external
