This paper corresponds to case study of Compsis at a Crossroads. During the case expansion of Compsis to the US market, components of Diamond Model and its application in the case, SWOT Analysis, choice of international business strategy, and the best market for Compsis have been discussed.

Strategic choices available to Compsis and the driving forces behind the selection of such choices are highlighted. Moreover, analysis of the strategic choice and its financial status on its decision is discussed. In addition, this paper describes the goods and services which Compsis is best at providing. It will describe the project they have in the international market and highlight the success and failures. Furthermore, it will identify the available market to Compsis and conclude with a solution for Compsis.
Compsis, founded in 1989, headquartered in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, a private held Brazilian technological based company having specialities of Aeroespacial, Sistemas de Transporte, and Desenvolvimento de Sistemas (Lehrich, J., Paredes, P. & Ravikumar, R. 2009).
