An operational analysis examines the main duties and the skill requirements to perform each task. Cekada (2011) indicated “sources for collecting operations/task analysis data include job descriptions, standard operating procedures, job safety analyses/job hazard analyses, performance standards, review of literature and best practices, and on-site observation and questioning” (p. 31, para. 5). This phase identifies the desired performance standards and expectations for each job position. Another strong principle is how employees apply what they know and how they motivate other in the workforce. This motivation is factor on how the workforce will accept the training method and direction to develop mastery in their piece of the organization. Finally, ensuring each understands the end goal of the business so that all can be an owner of the process will drive home the learning principles, and self-directed learners will bloom.

Training and development describe the formal, ongoing efforts made within an organization. It is used to improve the performance and self-fulfillment of their employees through a variety of educational methods and programs (Encyclopedia of Small Business, 2007). Learning the skills of the business are essential to everyone in understanding the main objective of the company 's goal and various methods will get us there. We will evolve the training program by on-the-job training programs and group activities for everyone to participate in to build these skills.
