Even, the business owners agree that employees should be paid more. Many small business owners believe that if the Minimum Wage is raised the business “would benefit from lower employee turnover and increased productivity and customer satisfaction” (ASB Council) Most employees are unhappy with their jobs because they are living paycheck to paycheck even though they are working every day.
