4.0 Service standards
4.1 Timing of food delivery
We will make sure that the food would not take longer time to get to the table. We will have a service goal 10-15 minutes from the moment the order is taken to the guest receives the food. We will make sure that the timing of delivery of food will get to the table in 12 minutes. We will work hard with our hostess and the cook to prepare the food as possible as they can deliver it to the guests. We will ensure that there is an average wait time between taking the order and deliver the food to the table in 10-15minutes.
4.2 Accommodations in the Restaurant
We will make sure that the restaurant has a quality, comfortable affordable, friendly, beautiful, attractive and personal with an energy efficiency

We will maintain the toilet facilities so clean and function properly at all times. We will monitor and maintain of the facilities and regularly cleaned according to the recommended schedule. This will includes all the equipment in the restaurant will be maintained. This is to ensure that the safety of the food being serve to the guests.
4.6 Customer

We will show concern for the customer feedback as possible as we can improves to a better services provider.
4.7 Flows of food
We will make sure that the flows of food will be coordinated well. This includes the flow of food purchasing, receiving, storage, throwing food, preparing cold food, cooking food, holding food, cooling food, reheating food (left over), services of food, food donation and organic recycling, composting.
4.8 Attitudes
We will make sure that the employee have a skill, training and experience to perform their job well. We will ensure that our employee is harmonious, professional environment and a productive employee. We will give training to our employees to be respectfulness, pitifulness, commitment, innovation and helpful in the restaurant and to customers.
4.9 Price
We will make sure that the price of food in a reasonable price and affordable to the guests. We will have a breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items in the lower price. We will set a highly competitive prices for all our food, with a dedicated team regularly checking them against other high nearest competitors.
