The mission statement above clearly states who they are that it’s a restaurant that is out to provide the best food drinks in Ithaca community. It is clear what they do, cooking nice meals sea food, those who want other type of foods that is also available. They are open till late for those who need a good meal late. The treatment of their customers and staff is also well stated. The mission statement also states out ae goal that they would work at ensuring the services provided would eventually ensure their customers come back again. This would be out of the treatment that one gets you would love to come back the treatment received from staff. I feel that the mission statement is clearly stated and gives adequate information. They state how they provide and cook their foods and changes of menus just be reading it I would like to visit and this is an excellent way of ensuring they remain relevant, in the market and attract potential customers just by the reading of the About Us section.

The website reflects the mission statement its very clear on the quality of service, food provided this is well stated in the mission statement and About us. It also clearly talks about high standard of food and the community its serving the area which comes out well in both cases.

The mission statement and about us states about great service that will ensure the coming back of their client this is planning well for the market and to ensure profitability of having the restaurant is maintained and kept.

The also both talk about late night service this is great to share so as to target the clients who may need a meal and work late or are caught up and need a meal.
