“Emily!” Anna peered at me from down the staircase “hurry up and get your ass downstairs already the girls and I wanna get on the road.” I looked down at her “Anna if you don’t stop rushing me, I will take longer I need to find my laptop charger come up here and help me.” She groans and walks up the stairs and drags her feet walking to my room, she walks in and her eyes go big “Emily maybe you could find your damn charger if you cleaned your room,it was spotless yesterday.…
The boys were getting older, and one of them mentioned a go-cart one day, inspiring me to make another one. The fifth one would have a 5HP engine, a real clutch and motorcycle wheels with integral wheel brakes. We had an area to drive it on the road behind us was not developed much. Each time I built one, I made the design simpler and at this point it could be put together in a couple weeks. The balloon-type wheels cushioned the ride on the rough local streets and provided excellent braking.…
The alarm goes off at 8:15 AM like every morning. I roll out of bed, shower, slap on some sunscreen, put on my uniform, and head to work. Getting there, of course, is simple. I hop in the car, punch the button to start the engine, put the windows down to feel the summer breeze, plug in my phone to blast my go-to driving playlist, and I’m ready. Before I set off to lifeguard, a voice reminds me of what my grandma said when I first began driving, “I’m not afraid of you driving, I’m afraid of other drivers.”…
My car looked like a crime scene. A black Yukon with dark tinted windows parked at a strange angle, the nose of the car pointing straight at my house, thrown into park in a crisis. Driver door left wide open. No driver to be found.…
It was a hot sunny summer day and I was enjoying the nice cool feel of my pool. I knew that later in the afternoon my friends Sierra and Ava would be coming over with their parents for our cookout. I could wait to eat my Dad’s smoked Brisket. As I was swimming I could smell the aroma in the air and it smelled like heaven.…

Getting up just as the sun began to rise, the sound of birds chirping, the chill in the air, a Sunday morning drive with my grandfather. This trip was nothing new, but had not ceased to bring me everlasting excitement. It was not the destination that had me intrigued, it was the car. This was no ordinary car, it had a unique character that made it stand out from all the rest.…
When I went to get a car a couple years back, I knew this would be a very important and vested situation. Many a colleague, back when were already in the window to complain. I never knew why but it had to the service and the structure of the firm they choose. The obvious thing to do is research, look at the inventory and agree on a couple different kinds of vehicles that fit what you like.…

So one time I was going to florida to see my grandpa and surprise him for his birthday. So when the day before my grandpas birthday came we forgot we were supposed to leave the house at six in the morning, but my parents alarms didn’t go off so we all woke up at nine and we were rushing out the door we were speeding on the freeway (which I am surprised we didn’t get pulled over) we even went to 10 at night driving then we went to a hotel but the next morning we got out at five in the morning and made it to my grandpas house at 12 in the afternoon. But the moral is cars have been a big part of my life. And the benefits are endless.…
It was an ordinary day, as my family and I were heading to Medicine Lake in my dad’s car. I was watching Mobile Suit Gundam on my Zune, when my mom said, “What’s that under that car?” We looked at the car ahead of us and saw something sparkling underneath it. But my dad realized, as he looked closely, that the sparkling was produced by flames, coming from the underside of the car! My dad opened the car window and shouted and honked his horn at the driver of the flaming car to pull over.…
In the back roads behind TV HWY, I was speeding up to 100 mph down a narrow road in which was my car almost lost traction to the road - only to be pressured to carrying out such as a dangerous act of stupidity just to impress my peers how fast my car was. I only just received my recently purchased car about 7 weeks ago, with the satisfaction that I got a car all for myself, the ecstatic joy shocked me to my core. When I first test drove my car, I would not stop smiling as my fond of cars only just fueled my desire to take care of my car. But suddenly when everyone realized I had a brand-new car at the time, they wanted to see how fast the car is, others even wanted to race against me. The most irritating part is that I didn’t want to be pushing…
I was really nervous and I remember that I was driving really slow and my dad even put the emergency lights on. After hours and weeks of practicing my brothers and dad told me I was ready. So my dad and I went to DMV and after a long wait a lady suddenly called my name. My heart was beating so fast so I took a deep breath…
When I was younger, learning to ride a bike was a tough, but thrilling, skill to acquire. I vividly remember my dad removing my training wheels and letting me ride free. Although I was alright going in circles on the paved pad attached to our garage, going down hill on our gravel road was treacherous. I can recall my dad observing my actions as I first set off down our driveway and me not knowing how to slow down. I tried turning my wheels, which caused me to fly off the front of my bike landing face first in the grass.…
My first car was something that I greatly was looking forward to getting as a child and my interest in getting one grew, as the days got closer to my sixteenth birthday. The first car I owned was a Automatic Black 2004 Ford f-150 truck, which I discovered on a website called Craigslist. It was priced at five thousand nine hundred dollars with only eighty-four thousand miles on it, which in my case was great considering that I could only afford a seven thousand dollar car. The truck came with all manual locks and windows and also had a small amount of hail damage that could really only be seen at a certain angle. But even with reasonable price on the truck I still attempted to negotiate for an even lower price to further my luck.…
