Chloe Chloe Caffrey is 16 years old, and also lives in Colt River, New Jersey, right next to Finn. According to Finn, Chloe is very pretty, and looks just like a model. She is tall, with blonde hair. She seems whimsical, and playful. She is definitely more impractical compared to Finn. She talks a bunch, but she talks optimistically. Although she is the one who is less worried about getting caught, and takes it less seriously, towards the end, it appeared that she was thinking more than Finn was. When Finn was thinking about telling the truth to the cops, Chloe told her if she did, she would tell the cops that Finn kidnapped her and is making everything up.
