A leader is a good leader when he has followers. Followers are tend to follow how a leader directs him/her. Till today there exists some kind of constraints which prohibits women from being in the top position. What are the factors that makes the leadership style of men and women is very interesting and a subject of concern for many researchers? Does there really exists difference in the leadership style on the basis of gender, the scenario where women are not given the equal chance to lead and serve the society are just the myth or does it really exists more is further explained in the paper.

The perception of people vary from one another and there too exists the difference in the situations which makes the scenario different from one another. This article has tried to focus just on the leadership styles used by the different leaders. The environment, culture and so on plays a vital role on how a leader thinks. A leader tries to implement the similar style to which he/she belongs to. The conclusion of this article was there is no difference in the leadership style of both male and female. 10 years ago women mostly choose to be those fields where they can give service to rest of the people. The occupation such as a teacher, nurse, secretary, front desk etc. used to be very popular job among women. Today the trend is changing and women are looking beyond the traditional view and pursing their careers in different fields such as a successful entrepreneur, scientist, doctor, engineer etc. (Bridging the Gender Gap, 2015). Being a woman, women in the top level seems to be very inspiring and motivating to be but I still see those discrimination from the place I belong to demotivates me to go ahead and do something different.
