First, Aaron would need to know himself. He would need to know that to demonstrate professionalism that his e-mails would need to be written properly and convey a positive attitude. Knowing what his skills are regarding his e-mail communication would help him better evaluate what he needs to work on in the future. Next, Aaron would read his e-mails and evaluate the professional context. Since Aaron should not be using his work e-mail for personal use he would know that he needs to respond to each one of his e-mails to his coworkers with a level of professionalism. Then, Aaron should construct an e-mail that relays the information properly and makes sure that the way his e-mail is worded cannot be construed into a negative effect. Once this is completed Aaron would send the e-mail and his communication interaction would have occurred. Finally, Aaron would need to take a step back and reflect on the communication interaction had occurred and if he communicated to the best of his abilities.
