Kenya Moore, star of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” has a new boyfriend, Eugene Casciaro. She posted a picture of her and Eugene on her Instagram page. However, according to Radar Online, Sept. 14, 2015, Eugene has a lengthy criminal record, including making terrorist threats. On May 17, 2007, Eugene, 38, was arrested by the Chamblee police at the Geisha House for threatening another diner Grady Lucky, 34, at the next table. Grady Lucky and his girlfriend were having a sushi dinner when Eugene Casciaro started ranting about killing somebody. According to the police report, Eugene allegedly, “told Mr. Lucky that he was ‘going to f***ing kill him.
