At work, I am great at noticing others' moods, I have to admit that I am “conflict-averse” I tend to say or do what's needed to get out of any conflict situations, then move on to something more fun. Honestly, I prevent conflict and encourage relaxing, enjoyable workplaces. It is one of my weaknesses. Subordinates are always welcome to speak their minds loudly with me. I am always happy to hear others out, especially if something is upsetting them. What makes me resourceful and inspiring leaders is my ability to relate to others and think on their feet. To pump energy and fun into the day-to-day work that needs to be done, I am ready to do everything that I can to pump fun and energy into the day-to-day work. I am not showing off, but I enjoy
