Arguments Against Waylon

According to the reporter, Emily (mother) drinks a lot, and would start arguments with Waylon. She is mean and ugly towards Waylon. Emily grabbed Waylon by the throat within the last six weeks. It was unknown of marks/bruises. At the time of intake, Waylon was in the care of Joseph. The reporter states Waylon does not want to return to Emily's home, and is worrying himself sick; he has diarrhea and is throwing up. Joseph and Emily have joint custody. Joseph works offshore and is away for three weeks. Joseph will have Waylon in his care for three weeks on and three weeks off. The reporter did not know rather or not he should return the child to the mother after today. The reporter notes he would be leaving the night of intake to go off shore.
