PER REPORTER: Damion is currently in the Washington County Detention Center. He had court on December 8th and was order to serve up to seventy days. His mother (Cleaster) was also order by the court that day to report to Life Help to open up a mental health case for the child. Damion was referred for mental health counseling after having an assessment done by Life Help and Park Wood. He was referred to Life Help to seek out patient counseling. Cleaster was schedules an appointment to meet with a mental health counselor today for an intake, but she never showed up for her meeting. Mary stated that the mental health counselor tried calling, texting, and going by Cleaster’s home. However, Cleaster did not answer the phone, respond to the text,
