prana
-sanskrit word for "breath"
-a vital, life-sustaining force of living beings and vital energy. comparable to Qi.
-central concept in Ayurveda and yoga. flows through fine subtle channels called nadis.
-breath, respiration, life, vitality, wind energy, strength. also connotes the soul.
-vital life sustaining force of the body and universe.
why would anyone worry about having or not having prana?
