The WW1 involved more than 28 countries resulting in the fall of four monarchies.Germany had to pay 33 billion dollars due to the Treaty of Versailles. The Formation of Nation of League was on January 10, 1920 as a result of the Paris Peace Conference that ended in WW1.

WW1 was the first war to use airplanes, tanks, long range artillery, submarines and poison gas. With new weapons new battle strategies and tactics were created.
