Characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon

Deeply Coloured wine that have a lot of tannin and acidity, and strong aromas. Black fruit (blackcurrant, black cherry) often accompanied by herbaceous notes (bell pepper, mint) Oak is frequently used to age and soften tannin (smoke, vanilla, coffee, cedar)

Ideal weather for cabernet Sauvignon

Moderate or hot climate, can not ripen in cool climates and in cool years
