Valpolicella and Bardolino

*Valpolicella DOC - second importand red DOC after Chianti DOC. Base grape variety is Corvina (herbal, juicy, black fruit flavour). Also includet Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara.
- Better vineyards are found in the *Valpolicella Classico DOC zone and in Illasi Vallley *Amarone della Valoplicella DOCG, full bodied, intensily flavoured of chocolade. dark rom and leather, passito tehnique. *Recioto della Valpolicela DOCG, sweet wine ideal with blue chees.
