Trentino - Alto Adige
- northest Italy region, vineyards is mostly set in valley of river Adige.
- Fertile soil account of production of fruits, vineyards are positioned on steep terraces follow the line of river bank

*Valpolicella DOC - second importand red DOC after Chianti DOC. Base grape variety is Corvina (herbal, juicy, black fruit flavour). Also includet Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara.
- Better vineyards are found in the *Valpolicella Classico DOC zone and in Illasi Vallley
*Amarone della Valoplicella DOCG, full bodied, intensily flavoured of chocolade. dark rom and leather, passito tehnique.
*Recioto della Valpolicela DOCG, sweet wine ideal with blue chees. Hybrid ripasso tech. adding upresed skins from Amarone to basic Valpolicella and resulting REfermentation is higer alcohol, tannins and complexity
*Bardolino DOC is similar to Valpolicella but iss producet from Corvina which grows between Verona and lake Garda
*Bardolino classico DOC joined *Bardolino Superiore DOCG
