MURRAYS solution eliminate all benefits for unmarried women so women want kids have to get married. choose good providers. barbarian males find good jobs. access to reg sex calm men down. no time for crime. no more underclass. - single mothers and children could starve to death - extreme - force people into marriage? - what above divorced people? - marriage isn't always best, employed male head still be poor.
MARXIST solution
abolish cap and it will disappear. to do this wc must realise exploitation and unite and fight > revolt. bourgeoisie will be overthrown. c will be replaced with com. everyone equal so no poverty. - there is a lot of poverty in modern communist countries.
SOC DEM solution
social policy. policies on edu employment families welfare etc. FIELD: more generous universal available to all regardless of income eradicate poverty trap enable people to work so prevent poverty NL may have done this with min wage etc. (gone too far: Sugar.) - if can be solved by soc policy - why still exist?
CYCLE DEP solution
social policy key. edu young people, enc further and higher edu should break cycle.
