Use my other hand! BUT Carefully making sure i don't touch the skin around the wound.

I say "Noting the drainage for amt, the color, and the odor. Now skin condition of the wound site. The edges are approximated and no signs of infection noted.

and Drop the ABD pad Cannot move it after you drop it. MUST COVER THE WOUND AND the ABD covers the 4x4. |

MUST USE THE LEFT HAND to pick up the 4x4 ! But use both hands for abd pad touching only the outside of it.
