What are the seven objectives for chapter excellence? Explain
1) Recruitment Success. – Recruitment programs and quality of pledge class.
2) Superior Associate Member Ed. –Teach obligations and how to function with obligations.
3) Academic Achievement –Credit to the fraternity for obtaining the highest possible standards.
4) Sound Chapter Operations –Chapter success through sound operations built on self-perpetuating infrastructure.
5) Living the Ritual-Establish Chapter culture to safeguard reputation, also hold each other accountable.
6) Commitment to Service-The opportunity to serve the community. Promote disability awareness, fundraising and volunteerism through Push.
7) Effective Chapter Alumni Relations-Maximize meaningful interactions with the alumni.

The 13 Crisis Management steps in order.
1. Archon (or next in line) takes charge.
2. Call 911, cooperate with public safety organization for own safety.
3. Restrict access to chapter house at once. Only members and appropriate officials allowed.
4. Assign one or more members to guard the door calmly.
5. Do not tamper with any area involved in incident which could be used as evidence.
6. Notify chapter advisor and regional goverener.
7. Call Mark E. Timmes, Pi Kappa Phi CEO at (704)-907-8586.
8. Assemble members in a group, remain calm, explain emergency under control. Archon and chapter advisor are only ones that can speak for fraternity.
9. Do not discuss details, statements can be used against in court.
10. Contact appropriate campus officials.
11. Fully cooperate with appropriate authorities.
12. All clothing with fraternity or Push America’s should not be worn during investigation period.
