Villa Sandi Prosecco
100% Prosecco (AKA Glera). From the Veneto region. Clear, pale lemon yellow color. Clean aromas with intense mineral and citrus notes, hints of flowers, apples. Off-dry, light bodied, with tastes of citrus and herbs. 11%ABV, acidity: 5.8g/L
Mionetto il Lambrusco
100% Lambrusco. From the Emilia-Romagna province, location of Bologna, it’s capital city (HINT: This is where Mattia is from). Fruit-forward scents of red berries, tastes of black cherry and black currant with accents of licorice. Refreshing acidity and gentle bubbles round out the fruitiness of the wine. 7.5%ABV
Canella Bellini
Bubbly, crisp and refreshing with a smooth peach flavor and hints of raspberries. This wine is made with Prosecco and organic peach - the peaches are frozen while still on the trees. No artificial flavoring. 8%ABV.
Berlucchi Rose Cuvee 61
50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir. Complex, fragrant, and lively on the nose with emphatic notes of wild red berry fruit and ripe stone fruit with heady, warm impressions due to the presence of Pinot Noir. Full-bodied and velvety finish. 11.5%ABV, acidity: 6g/L.
Avissi Prosecco
100% Prosecco (AKA Glera). From the Veneto region. The name “Avissi” comes from the fizzy sound the bubbles make as they rise in the glass. The bouquet reveals floral notes and scents of fresh fruit - aromas of very ripe apples, fresh lemons and fennel. 11.5%ABV, acidity: 6.25g/L.
Bocelli Prosecco
100% Prosecco (AKA Glera). From the Veneto region (see a pattern?) The Bocelli family (as in opera singer Andrea Bocelli) collaborated with Trevisol, “the first family of Prosecco,” to create this wine. It has subtle flower and fruit aromas, making a light palate. Flavors of fresh citrus and grapefruit with a touch of honey and peach on the close. 12%ABV, acidity: 6g/L.
Fizz 56 Brachetto
100% Brachetto. From the Piedmont region, this wine (as we all know) is “as sweet as your first kiss.” Highly aromatic with the hint of candied rose petals and soft berry notes. Flavors of raspberry, strawberry and cherry. 7%ABV, acidity: 6g/L.
Berlucchi Francicorta
90% Chardonnay,10% Pinot Noir. Franciacorta is a sparkling wine from Lombardy with DOCG status produced from grapes grown within the boundaries of the territory of Franciacorta. On the nose, this wine is crisp, rich, and elegant, fairly lengthy and with lovely depth. It releases generous fragrances of apple and pear, along with notes of tropical fruit and subtle nuances of spice. 12.5%ABV, acidity: 6.5g/L

from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, easternmost region of NE Italy. 100% Pinot Noir. Aged in oak which comes out in the fruit and floral scents in the nose. Balanced body & palate, silky & textured. Red berries (cherries, strawberries, plums), dried flowers and subtle earthiness, smooth, fruity finish. 13%ABV, 5.6g/L acidity.
Torresella Pinot Noir
from Sicily, 100% Pinot Noir. Aromas of forest fruits, spices and faint smokiness. Mid-bodied taste, fresh savory and lingering. Elegant, complex & fresh. 12.5%ABV, 5.2g/L acidity.
Palama Salice Salentino
from Puglia, in the town of Salento, SE Italy (heel of the boot). 80% Negroamaro, 20% Malvesia Nera. Aromas of plums, cracked pepper, blackberries & cinnamon. Smooth tannins, forward fruit. Light to medium body, yet, expressive, rich & robust. 13%ABV, 6g/L acidity.
Tommasi Valpolicella Classico
from Veneto, NE Italy. 60% Corvina Veronese, 25% Rondinella, 15% Molinara. Aged in oak. Scents of dried spices accent leather and cherry flavors. Fairly intense, spicy, well balanced & full-flavored. 12.5%ABV
Toscolo Chianti
from the Chianti region in Tuscany, N.Central Italy. 100% Sangiovese. Elegant nose of berry fruit, violets and iris. Soft, silky-textured palate with abundant fruit, good body, intensity and well-balanced tannins. An all-around food wine to match first courses, red and white meat, cheese. 12.76%ABV, 5.9g/L acidity.
Volpaia Chianti Classico
from the Classico sub-region of Chianti. 90% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot/Syrah blend. The nose will have hints of red fruit and cherries, with a smooth and well-structured fruity aftertaste. Lighter body, tannic finish. 13.5% ABV.
Antinori “Peppoli” Chianti Classico
90% Sangiovese, aged in steel; 10% Merlot/Syrah aged in oak. Aromas of ripe red fruit, bell pepper and notes of vanilla and coffee. Flavors of strawberry & raspberry. Soft and sweet tannins. 13.5% ABV
Renatto Ratti Dolcetto

100% Montepulciano. Aged in steel. 100% organic. Light red fruit and hints of leather and mineral on the nose. Flavors of light cherry along with a fine balance of tannins and acids.
Caposaldo Chianti
Cherry, astringent, minerally, smoky soil tones and herbs on the nose. Very light, not as dry as Toscolo in comparison.
Biserno Insoglio del Cinghiale
33% Cab Franc, 32% Syrah, 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot. Intemse nose of red fruit, spice & aromatic herbs. The palate is fresh & of medium weight, nicely textured with fine tannins and good length. 14%ABV, 4.7g/L acidity.
Terrabianca Campaccio
70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Sangiovese. Aromas are ample, intense, elegant, with berry fruit, chocolate, leather and roasted almond. Full and concentrated on the palate, with perfectly balanced freshness and fruit. Superb structure, harmony and depth, silky tannins.
Prelius Cabernet Sauvignon

100% Sangiovese. Grown in the municipality of Montalcino. Soil is primarily jasper and shale. Clean,sophisticated,intense and complex aroma, hints of anise,ripe wild berries and a light touch of vanilla. Warm with supple tannins,great structure, good length. 13.5% ABV.
Gaja Gromis Barolo
100% Nebbiolo. Full, rich with berries and floral notes as well as aromas of licorice, dried herbs and spices. Solid structure and a rich softness as well as a lingering finish. The wine is named for the Gromis family, which owned the prized vineyard in the commune of La Morra throughout the 19th century; now owned by the Gaja family. Soil is primarily clay and marl. Fermented in steel, aged in oak.
Luiggi Eianaudi Barolo
100% Nebbiolo. Incredible breed. Intense and ample bouquet, austere on the palate, velvety and complex. Acquires notes of spices, truffles and leather over time.
Serralunga D’Alba
100% Nebbiolo. The aromas are sharp and intense, with hints of vanilla, spices, withered roses and underbrush. Full bodied, with focused, bright fruits. The taste is dry, but soft, full, velvety, harmonious and very long lasting. 13.5% ABV
Villa Arvedi Amarone
Rondinella and Corvina Veronese grapes. From the hillsides of the Valpantena in the Valpolicella region. New fermentation and drying techniques give this wine a balance of fruity notes. It has a rich blackberry flavor, a minty scent, a sweet cherry taste and the spicy hints that are typical of this valley. Pairs well with rich foods, mature cheese and full-flavored meats.
