I learned about adjectives and adverbs. Adjectives modify nouns. Adverbs modify adjectives, verbs, and other adverbs. Adjectives ask "How many?" "What kind?" "Which one?". Adverbs ask "How?" "Where?" "When?" "How much?"

What did you learn in History today?

Nothing, I had a quiz.

What did you learn in Science today?

I learned about the Archimedes' Principle, "If the mass of the amount of liquid is displaced is equal to or greater than the mass of the object that displaced it, the object will float." I also learned about freezing and boiling points. Freezing point is the temperature where liquid changes to solid (32* F). Boiling point is the temperature when liquid changes to gas (212* F). Three substances that burn are wood, paper, and cloth.

What did you learn in math today?

I learned about roman numerals. 1=I 5=V 10=X 50=L 100=C 500=D 1,000=M I also learned about the base 10 system.
