- Contralat vib/proprioception loss
- Tongue deviation to injured side

Why? Decussation of DCP and CST in Medulla + CNXII
Lateral Pontine

1. Impaired sensory/motor of CN V

2. Limb Ataxia (Ipsilateral)
Medial Pons

main sx
1. CN VII- UMN facial paralysis contralateral

2. CST- paralysis of arm/leg contralateral

3. Ipsilateral limb ataxia

4. Eye deviation (CN VI lesion) contralatral
Lateral Medullary Syndrome
1. Ipsilateral Horners

2. Loss of pain and temp (CN V) - ipsilateral face

3. Weak palate/pharynx

4. Cerebellar ataxia

5. Loss of pain/temp contralateral body
Central Midbrain syndrome
Occulomotor paralysis (CN III) - down and out gaze
