gave personal opinions
didn't provide information
the nurse was given so many opportunities to listen but didn't.
nurse treated her like she had just a cold.
3rd film is a teenager w/ lupus. she's mad and getting madder as she comes to understand her situation.the nurse had huge glasses. comments?
the teacher said you don't ask the question why. you instead rephrase things. if you were interacting w/ that kid at that time? no why? SHE WASN'T LISTENING. teacher thought nurse was condenscending. if you allow them to express that and stay silent it could of made her comfortable. so silence would of been good. let her express herself. but the nurse fired back at her. but she wasn't ready to listen at this point.
next film is about an old man with breathing pneumonia problem, a retired postal worker. cant breath with a full stomach. had to give up his cat. comments?
if a person likes to talk, silence to let the guy talk. just let the person talk by using silence and sharing observations. she clarified for the patient, excellent.

nurse got defensive, gave personal opinions.
next patient had something wrong, won't eat...client lied about
the nurse ask too many questions? nurse got to the bottom of it but had to push to get the info.
