What is baboon syndrome?

What has epidermal spongiosis at all layers of the epidermis, can result in vesiculation, there is often more exocytosis than spongiosis (similar to MF). There may be a mid-moderate papillary dermal edema and a perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate with rare eosinophils, +/- RBC extravasation.
