Thanks Mark. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for coming tonight, and taking time out of your busy lives to discuss important world issues. Next, we'll have an opportunity to hear from another team, who I am sure will provide some stimulating discussion.

We'd also like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Scalby School for giving us a chance to participate this evening, and we're very happy to take part in what we consider to be an important learning experience for all those involved.

Not many young adults have the opportunity to speak in public to such a large audience, and we are all sure that this opportunity will help us in later life.

However, if global warming causes the catastrophic effects it will cause if we don't do anything to stop it, we will not be able to use the information we have learnt during this event. We'd like you to think over the next few minutes, and also on your drive home tonight, how much fuel you are using, and how much you are polluting the environment.

When you've done that, we'd like you to think about what you are going to play your part in the fight against Global Warming.

Maybe you'll buy a new hybrid car, maybe you'll look into using bio-diesel, maybe you'll carpool or take a trip on public transport for your journey to work. Whatever you do, make sure you do something. And then tell a friend to do the same. Because without your help, we can't do anything.
