Rummage (trans. and intrans. verb)
to make a thorough search or investigation; to engage in an undirected or haphazard search; to examine minutely and completely; to discover by searching. Example: He rummaged through the attic for his baseball card collection.
Brim (verb, usually intrans., also a noun)
to be or become full often to overflowing; to reach or overflow a brim; to fill to the brim (trans.). Example: Her heart was brimming with happiness.
Hamper (trans. verb, also a noun)
to restrict the movement of by bonds or obstacles : impede; curb, restrain; to interfere with : encumber. Example: The project was hampered by budget restraints.
Blockade (noun, also a verb)
the isolation by a warring nation of an enemy area (as a harbor) by troops or warships to prevent passage of persons or supplies; broadly : a restrictive measure designed to obstruct the commerce and communications of an unfriendly nation; something that blocks. Example: It was the blockade of all the enemy's major ports that finally won the war

Drawback (noun)
an objectionable feature : disadvantage; a refund of duties especially on an imported product subsequently exported or used to produce a product for export. Example: The trip sounds great, but cost is a major drawback.
Merrily (adv.)
In a cheerful way; In a brisk and lively way. Example: A fire burned merrily.
Oblivious (adj.)
lacking active conscious knowledge or awareness —usually used with of or to; lacking remembrance, memory, or mindful attention. Example: The out-of-state motorist claimed to be oblivious of the local speed limit, even though the signs must have been hard to miss.
