All WNL except enlarged prostate on imaging
What test results would you expect with prostatitis
enlarged prostate on imaging, inflammatory cells on FNA/Bx
What test results would you expect with prostatic abcess
enlarged prostate on imaging, concurrent or Hx of UTI on U/A and C&S, bacteria in prostatic wash, neutrophilia on CBC
What test results would you expect with Paraprostatic and prostatic cysts
imagins shows location of cyst; all others WNL
What test results would you expect with Prostatic adenocarcinoma
enlarged prostate on imaging +/- chest mets, possible cancer cells in prostatic wash, cancer cells on FNA/Bx, chem and CBC WNL
