Sports and pastimes of the Mexican culture.


I am interested in all types of creative art related with the technology of computers. And so I decided to follow a career in which I can combine the two interests. I study to have a License in animation and digital art. Lets explore more pastimes and sports in Mexico. Maybe one pastime or sport can inspire your career.




wrestling: Wrestling continues to be going up in popularity. The masks of the wrestlers are both symbols of the politics, the historic myth, the individual soul, and the social resitance of the people. To wear a mask converts the person to another character and gives him some freedom.






alebrijes:


There are many artists in Mexico, in the state of Oaxaca, there are artisans who work with wood to make animal figurines;called alebrijes (are brightest in color)




cozumel:


In Mexico and off the coast of Cozumel, it has over a hundred official places of diving;It is a marine paradise with a wide variety of flora and fauna




EL parque Chapultepec:


A favorite pastime in Mexico is to spend a Sunday in Chapultepec Park with its amusements: lakes, museums and botanical and zoological gardens




La Quebrada, Acapulco:


Experence the cliff diving; the show diving in La Quebrada. It's definitely a sport for professionals




Xochimilco:


The people traditionally go on weekends to walk a few hours outdoors. It is a series of canals and floating gardens trajineras decorated boats.

Futbol is a very popular sport in mexico. The national team is called Tricolor, or "el Tri". The Azteca stadium, located southwest of Mexico, is one of the biggest in the world with over 105,000 seats. El club american, a very popular mexican team, play here also.
