1) First, it's the Anterior White Commissure (decussation of spinothalamic tracts) → Loss of Pain and Temp

2) If larger, will damage the Ventral/Anterior Horns (corticospinal tracts → ↓reflexes, atrophy, flaccid paralysis, and fasciculations)
