What causes subarachnoid hemorrhages and what are the major complications?
SAH is d/t:
1) ruptured aneurysm
2) ruptured AVM

Sequelae include:
- 50% = vasospasm (2-3 days later); Dx = U/S; Tx/PPx = nimodipine

- 30% = rebleed; Dx = CT
